What we do
We prepare the documents that sit between a signed retainer and a resolved file.
Your solicitors keep the client, the advice, and the signature. We do the assembly.
Everything below is delivered in draft, in your template, in your file, ready for your solicitor to review and settle. Nothing is ever sent by us.
-
Statutory notices and forms
Draft Notice of Claim for Damages for WorkCover claims, on Form 275. Draft Notice of Accident Claim Form for CTP claims, fatal and non-fatal. Draft PIPA Notice of Claim for non-healthcare and healthcare matters, on the forms that became mandatory on 1 September 2025. Draft initial notice for medical negligence claims. Applications for compensation and for assessment of permanent impairment. First drafts of claims and statements of claim.
We prepare the draft. Your solicitor settles it, your client signs it, and your supervising principal signs the law practice certificate. We never touch either signature.
-
Chronologies and medical records
Medical and clinical chronologies. Liability chronologies and evidence matrices. Full records reviews, including the heavy medical negligence reviews that run to thousands of pages. Every entry sourced to the document it came from and to the page.
We also keep the outstanding-records register: what has arrived, what has not, and what is holding the file up.
-
Disclosure
Collation, indexing, pagination and bundling. Disclosure schedules and lists of documents. Management of the two-hundred-page threshold under PIPA. Audits of what the other side has and has not produced. Affidavit exhibits and exhibit bundles.
-
Quantum
Schedules of damages: general damages against the injury scale, past and future economic loss, superannuation, gratuitous and paid care, special damages, interest, and the statutory refunds. We build the calculation. Your solicitor confirms the contended figures.
-
Conference and counsel
Compulsory conference preparation packs and the material required to be exchanged before the conference. Briefs to counsel and mediators, indexed and paginated, with the chronology, the medical summary and the quantum schedule already in place. Briefs to the independent medical examiner, with the records bundle and index assembled. Your instructions memorandum stays with you.

What we do not do
We send nothing. No requests to doctors, hospitals, employers, the Australian Taxation Office, Medicare or Centrelink. No correspondence with insurers. No contact with your client, at any stage. We prepare it; your office sends it.
Tell us where your files are getting stuck.
Twenty minutes, no obligation. If we cannot help, we will say so on the call.
