Written confidentiality undertakings from every member of staff, signed on the first day and enforceable under Malaysian employment law. Employees, not freelancers. The obligations survive the end of their employment.

In writing, before we start
The security and data handling arrangements for your files are set out in the services agreement and agreed with you before any file is allocated. We are happy to work to your firm's own information security requirements, and we would rather answer your risk questions in writing at the outset than in a general statement on a website.
